Chairperson(s) responsible for planning and executing annual parent community fundraiser including event location, food and beverage, décor, silent auction donations, ticket sales and marketing of event. The chairperson solicits help from a volunteer committee to facilitate the donation of auction items, menu, beverages, marketing, entertainment, set up and clean up. Chairperson should have strong organization and collaboration skills, detail orientation and an interest in and/or experience with event planning and fundraising.   


Time Allocation:Approximately 40-50 hours, with focus in March-May.
